I live a life of dreams I held only a few years ago. Many people say its luck or offer other attributes but never want to hear it had anything to do with my dreams. The few who know the dream of 20, 10 and even 5 years ago… are typically waiting for something or Someone to send them a note on what they should dream… and live lives satisfied but sad and waiting for Obama or some government to take care of them. Perhaps some need a ‘dream board’ and a multi-tasking mac to organize the dream in cyber space. My imagination is faster and bigger. There is something to be said about putting a dream into existence. If it is hidden and never touches the light of your consciousness, it is unlikely to ever appear anywhere else either. I have taken courses and collaged my way through thousands of magazines. I cannot say any worked for me.
I have a simple 3×5 card with my two top dreams written on one side. I look at it often during the day and when I am out and about I put the card into a pocket where I will inadvertently pull it out with something else a half dozen times or so… it’s either with the keys, the billfold, cell phone… something I have to grab that touches or pulls out the card too. On the other side of my dream card is ‘seek and you shall find, ask and it will be given, knock and the door will open.’ A rather High authority for how to dream your life come true!
How do you do it? What keeps your dream alive? Has it gotten larger or smaller every year? Do you have a new one waiting in the wings to take over as soon as the current one appears? If not, why not?

I’m glad a 3×5 card helps keep your dreams real and in front of you daily. I know people recommend all sorts of ways to make dreams real and keep them alive. I keep mine in my head and they are always with me.
Everyone has dreams, and it is upto the individual to turn their dream(s) into reality. As the saying goes “A journey starts with a initial step” if you don’t take it, it will not happen.
Live your life to the fullest and dream, and try your best to make them come true.
It is often easy to lose focus and your cards are exactly what everyone should have for those moments when a little clarity could do us good.
Excellent reminder!
It’s a great idea to have 3×5 card. I’ll prepare one for my dream. Thanks for sharing the tip.
Another Simple and Practical Tip Mike
The power of visualisation is not to be underestimated. Having a photo or physical picture aids but it has been shown just seeing it, doing it in your mind’s eye will do it as well.
An analogy might be like being alive a century early.

My dreams live in my thoughts. Thank you for reminding me of them.
Anything that can anchor the thoughts of what you are woking to can be ideal in keeping the mindset headed in the right direction. I have a glass globe on my desk that represents the world that I will get to see when I help enough people get to their dreams and goals.
